The NU Dolphin MP3 player was specifically designed for swimmers and water sports enthusiasts.

This ultra light weight and compact mp3 player that weighs only 25g and measures 60 x 20 x 20mm, was made with water resistant materials that passed international standards. So, you are assured that you will be safe while using it even in the deepest water level.

To give comfort and ease of use to swimmers and divers, the Nu Dolphin MP3 player is encased in a cylindrical casing with control buttons on one side and the headphone jack on the other side. And to keep the device water light, the earphone is attached to the main body of the player with a screw-in jack.

Did that convince you enough to believe that the mp3 player is as safe as it can be when you used it on water? Then it’s time to know its details as an mp3 player. The NU Dolphin mp3 player can play only two music formats, mp3 and WMA. It complies with full speed USB 2.0 specification so you won’t have a problem uploading large size mp3 files.

So, are wondering how you can wear the NU Dolphin MP3 player? Well, it has a fluorescent holder that can be strapped onto your swimming goggles. But if you are not comfortable strapping it unto your goggles, you can wait for awhile until NU releases the armband where you can put your Dolphin MP3 player.

Now this is one gadget/clothing apparel that I could really say is uber nifty and cool, the Bladerunner children’s jacket with GPS tracking device. Bladerunner a company known for making some of the world’s coolest jacket apparel has teamed up with UK’s top GPS operator to come up with this jacket for your kids. But unlike your ordinary winter jacket, this one is equipped with a GPS tracker that when your child wanders too far around from you, a mobile phone alert will be sent to your mobile phone.

And here’s the coolest part, you can monitor the movement of your child who is currently wearing the jacket on a secured website. By paying a monthly charge of around $20, you can have a secured access to the said website which also gives a historical account of movements made by your child while wearing the Bladerunner GPS-equipped jacket.

The Bladerunner jacket is made up of lightweight material which specifically suits the needs of children. It is loaded with the latest GPS SiRF III Chipset which effectively tracks the movements of your children wearing the jacket. The jacket is operated by long lasting and efficient batteries so you don’t have to worry about losing your children because of low powered battery.

Another positive feature of the Bladerunner jacket is its fast signal acquisition. So, after tracking down your child and you immediately take off to fetch him, you are ensured that your child couldn’t have gotten too far away before you reached him/her.

And what’s more, you can train your child to seek help during an SOS situation by instructing your child to push 2 quick dial when your child gets lost.

To activate the mobile alerting feature, you have to set the boundaries where your child should wander around before the mobile alerting feature is triggered.

The Philips digital pocket memo 9370 is easily controlled by single push button to start recording voice dictation which is good sound quality.

The Philips Digital Pocket Memo 9370’s sound quality is brought upon by the .dss file format. This is the international standard for professional speech processing. It allows high compression rate and reduces file size, network traffic and storage capacity.

After recording a dictation, you can immediately transfer the recorded file into your PC or any media player via the USB cable. A good thing about the 9370’s LCD is the fact that you can read it even in poor lighting environment.

And lastly, like with any other Philips digital pocket memo products, the 9370 is designed following industry standards. An example of this its use of both SD and Multimedia Card for storing the voice files of up to 2 GB capacity.

Eizo’s latest offering boosts of a wonderful 2560 x 1600 native resolution which is perfect for its 30” screen. With a 900:1 contrast ratio, you can use the entire 30” screen for working with one PC or use it to display two different PC sources. The picture by picture function of the SX3031W is perfect for your multitasking needs. When using the SX3031W’s split screen functionality, the screen is divided into two equal halves of 1200 x 1600 resolutions. The two screens are seamlessly separated with no bezel in-between. The best part is, you don’t have to toggle back and forth between the PC input sources.

Describing the Eizo in details would entail a lot of technical jargons and specifications since a hardware such as this is obviously too complex. And you might just get bored and confused while reading those technical information.

To put it simply, the Flexscan SX3031W is a nifty device for all tech guys who are into working with dual screen enabled in their workstation. This has been a current norm among technological work horse today. And Enzo’s 30” LCD suits well with today’s current crop of LCD’s with sleek look and great features. The Eizo SX3031W is a class of its own and in fact could very well be among the best LCD with split screen functionality that you could probably see in the market today.

This little black box supports multiple flash memory card formats. Or you can also transfer photos stored in CDs, DVDs, USB media storage or through Ethernets. But notwithstanding classic look, the Orbit-Mp3 is a good portable audio system device that produces excellent sound quality.

The Orbit-MP3’s plain and simple circular shape maybe a turn off for some, but its circularity actually serves the purpose of projecting a 360-degree sound field. Don’t fret yourself out thinking what that means. It simply means that the Orbit-MP3 speaker system produces great quality sound.

There are not many details and specs about this speaker system as I suspect that the mere fact that Altec Lansing designed the speaker in a simple manner could only mean that the Orbit-MP3 speaker system is a no-frills, good performing speaker. It’s as simple and plain as that.

But it would be good to highlight the most prominent feature of the Orbit-MP3 which is its being lightweight and diminutive in size. This is what portability means. The speaker system is so small that you can actually slip in to your pocket. You can bring it anywhere and play your favorite music with the Orbit-MP3 speaker attached to your iPod or mp3 players. It’s like having music headset with wires. Or better yet a Walkman minus the ear phones on your ears.

And one last good thing about the Orbit-MP3 speaker system has something to do with its durability. The speaker casing is made of shock resistant materials that could withstand even the most rugged environment. Yes, it’s great to have an Orbit-MP3 speaker system when you are out on camping or mountain climbing with your buddies.

The Saitek Photo Mouse is definitely a weird idea. Yes, it is an optical mouse compatible with all versions of Mac OS X, Windows XP and Vista. But more than that the Saitek Photo Mouse is also a picture frame that you can customize to hold your favorite printed photos. Come to think of it, it is actually a cool idea and livens up the otherwise boring look of traditionally designed optical mouse.

To customize the look of the Saitek Photo Mouse, all you need to do is print out your favorite photo, cut it out to fit half of the surface of the mouse using a template and then placed the photo on the mouse and cover it with the transparent casing of the Photo Mouse. In a jiffy, your optical mouse is transformed into your own personalize Saitek photo mouse. If you get tired of the picture, you can always print another one and replace the old picture with the new and more current picture.

Now here’s the nifty part. When you connect your optical mouse into your Mac or PC, the picture lightens up thanks to the integral white spotlight of the mouse.

For technicalities, the Saitek Photo Mouse connects through standard USB 2.0 port, has a 3 button scroll wheel with accurate optical sensor and highly comfortable and durable.

The Saitek Photo Mouse is a pretty simple device that can go along well with your laptop or desktop. It doesn’t brag about too much functionality, because what else can you do with an optical mouse anyway?

The Genius iTempo 800BT is a nifty device that extends the capabilities of the iPod and other mp3 players beyond what these devices should normally do. When connected with your Bluetooth enabled mp3 player, the iTempo 800BT is capable of producing sound quality that is comparable with a real mini stereo system.

As for the iPod which is a great digital audio player that produces an exceptional sound quality through a stereo headset, the Genius iTempo 800BT transforms the iPod including its family of media players into a mini stereo system as well.

The Genius iTempo serves as a dock station for iPods, it can accommodate different the different types of iPods except the Shuffle. You can even dock your iPod Minis and iPod Nanos using appropriate cradles which is included in the iTempo 800BT package. Now that’s something that would come in handy especially for tech guys who collects all the iPod family of media players.

Now here’s another great feature of the iTempo800BT, you can connect it directly with your PC, TV or monitor while the iPod is docked and you can instantly transfer files from your PC into your iPod, play audio or video into your TV or monitor, or connect other multimedia audio speakers if the sound quality of the built-in speakers of the iTempo is not good enough for your taste. Want to attach an amplifier, use an AUX jack and attach one of your choice and you are on your way to a great music listening pleasure. And yes, if the iPod plays a track which you don’t like but you’re too busy cooking something for your house guest, just use the iTempo remote to control it.

The Genius iTempo 800BT is a must have device for all iPod users. You would definitely earn the envy of your friends once they see that you have one installed at your home. It’s the perfect choice for home audio entertainment without actually eating up too much space in your home.
